Join us for Winter Zoo Camp: Tracks and Trails on 12/30/25

This topic is geared toward campers ages 6 to 10 and is meeting in the Frog Pond classroom. 

There's a mystery afoot! Can we find out who left behind these pawprints? We will see how animals move, learn about the trails they leave behind trails in the mud or snow, and have lots of fun along the way.

Campers enjoy daily animal experiences or behind-the-scenes opportunities while facing scientific challenges that put the campers in the shoes of keepers, vets, or zoo administrators and motivate campers to seek the information to solve real-life problems. Campers leave Zoo Camp with a greater awareness for the individual animals at the zoo and how to help animals in the wild, all while building their science skills and making new friends. 

Winter Camp is single-day registration. You can register for all 5 days, or just pick your favorite days or topics.  

Camp drop off is from 8:00 to 8:30 am. Camp activities are from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.. Pick up is from 3:30 pm to 4:00 pm.
