Breakfast with the Tortoises
Sunday, September 17th
8:00 to 9:30 am

Join us before the zoo opens to the public for a special Breakfast with the Animals - the slow food version!

Join us for a hot breakfast, then head to the Herpetarium to meet some turtle-riffic animals! Get an up-close, behind the scenes encounter with our 500 lb giant Aldabra tortoise and learn how keepers take care of them every day.

Breakfast with the Animals programs are appropriate for 5 and up.

Children must be accompanied by a paying adult. Every person attending (child or adult) needs to be registered. Pre-registration required.

 Adults and children must both register and pay. This is not drop off program. You must register with your child to participate.

$40.00 per Participant
Cancellation Policy
If you choose to cancel your registration, and notify us via email: MORE THAN TWO WEEKS prior to the start of your program, you can choose to receive a refund (minus 10% for administrative costs) or transfer your registration payment to a donation for the Zoo. If you choose to cancel your registration, and notify us via email: BETWEEN ONE AND TWO WEEKS prior to the start of your program, you can choose to receive a 50% refund, or transfer your registration payment to a donation for the Zoo. Cancellations LESS THAN ONE WEEK prior to the program do not receive a credit or refund. All cancellations must be made via email to education@henryvilaszoo.gov.
